Manager, IT Security Identity and Access Administration

HealthPartners is seeking a Manager of IT Security Identity and Access Administration to lead a team of 13 professionals. This is a working manager position responsible for IAM operations, including staff supervision, budget management, and service optimization. The role focuses on centralizing security administration by equipping Security Administrators with the tools they need to scale and maintain effectiveness in a rapidly growing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology or equivalent training/experience
• Six (6) years of Information Technology experience
• Three (3) years managing Information Technology staff and/or leading teams
• Three (3) years’ experience within Security Administration or Security Analysis
• Proficient in utilizing a variety of security tools to support enterprise-level protection and compliance
• Deep understanding of role-based security models and hands-on experience with multiple IAM platforms
• Budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal management skills
• Strong understanding of technologies, systems, databases, and Information Technology infrastructures
• Proficient communications skills, oral and written; including the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical customers
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure integration and securities
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PCI)
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and other access management applications
