Manager, IT Security Identity and Access Administration

HealthPartners is seeking a Manager of IT Security Identity and Access Administration to lead a team of 13 professionals responsible for IAM. This role oversees staff, budget, and services to ensure IAM operations are effective, efficient, and responsive. The team includes IAM Analysts, Developers, Security Administrators, and an intern, all working together to uphold the integrity and agility of the security infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent training/experience
• Six (6) years of Information Technology experience
• Three (3) years managing Information Technology staff and/or leading teams
• Three (3) years’ experience within Security Administration or Security Analysis
• Proficient in utilizing a variety of security tools to support enterprise-level protection and compliance
• Deep understanding of role-based security models and hands-on experience with multiple Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms
