Manager _ Lead ServiceNow Developer

Vodafone is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to lead the implementation, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform at VOIS. This is a full-time, permanent contract based in Pune or Bangalore. The role requires a strong understanding of business logic, agile methodologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, manage integrations, and ensure platform stability.

Requirements

• End-to-end development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and customisations
• Design and enhance Service Portals
• Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins
• Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and security protocols
• Provide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies
