XPO is seeking a Manager of Payroll to oversee payroll processing and reporting for US and Canada. The role involves analyzing payroll processes, implementing automation, managing payroll tax compliance, and providing coaching to the team. This position is a full-time role based in Portland, OR.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in a large, multi-state payroll department
• Advanced understanding of payroll processes, procedures, controls, tax & regulatory compliance
