The Manager, Sales Operations Support is responsible for providing operational support to the Sales and Client Experience teams. They will optimize sales processes, analyze performance data, and act as a liaison between the Sales team and various departments. This role focuses on proactive request management, data analysis, and ensuring efficient processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Understanding of standard quote-to-cash processes.
  • Salesforce and Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge.
  • Process expertise with quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
