The Manager Software Development - ServiceNow is responsible for leading a team in the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a ServiceNow development team and administrators
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support the career development of team members
  • Manage the team’s workload, priorities, and assignments using Agile methodologies
  • Establish and enforce development standards, code review processes, and best practices
  • Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for ServiceNow projects
  • Define and manage the ServiceNow development roadmap
  • Ensure solutions are designed to be scalable, maintainable, and adhere to security and compliance standards
