Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 8+ years of experience in software product engineering and 5+ years of experience in a management position.
• Strong background in modern software engineering practices and technologies.
• Advanced coding skills with fluency in one or more relevant programming languages (Java, C++, Ruby, Shell, JavaScript, or similar).
• Experience with open source tools, automation frameworks, and agile development environments.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective testing strategies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
