Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 8+ years of experience in software product engineering and 5+ years of experience in a management position.
- Strong background in modern software engineering practices and technologies.
- Advanced coding skills with fluency in one or more relevant programming languages (Java, C++, Ruby, Shell, JavaScript, or similar).
- Experience with open source tools, automation frameworks, and agile development environments.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective testing strategies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
