We are seeking an Engineering Manager with strong technical depth, advanced troubleshooting skills, and solid leadership to guide the ReleaseOps team. The manager will drive customer-focused adoption of ReleaseOps, reduce setup effort, and lower support case tasks while delivering features shaped by real customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage projects with material technical risk at a team level
  • Experience with open-source tools and agile development environments
  • Fluency in one or more relevant programming languages (Java, JavaScript, etc.)
  • 6+ years of experience with technologies relevant to ServiceNow and advanced coding skills
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance across the stack
  • Comfort with development tools such as IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems
