ServiceNow is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineering Manager to join their Engineering team. The role focuses on Instance automation and managing a team of engineers working on ServiceNow platform and tools. The team will develop solutions using workflows, orchestration and developer tools within ServiceNow and Public Cloud environments.
Requirements
- Experience in professional software development, preferably in the Cloud Infrastructure Environment (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience in building a talented team of software engineers
- Hands-on experience in SRE or DevOps
- Strong foundation in distributed systems
- Excellent technical design, problem-solving, testing, debugging skills
- Familiarity with testing strategies
- Familiarity with orchestration and automation of processes
- 2+ years as a people manager and/or in a tech lead capacity
- 6+ years of experience in Software Development, especially in Java and/or JavaScript
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS and/or Cloud infrastructure development
- Experience building and operating cloud-scale systems

Requirements Summary
