The Manager, Technical Support Management will be responsible for leading efforts to hire, develop, and build a technical team, as well as overseeing and participating in Change Management as it relates to Customer Support. The role will also involve driving daily incident management success and managing major operations outages and communications to customers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years technical support and service management experience
  • 3-4 years supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
  • Proven capability of having successfully delivered on support metrics and managed support team
  • Customer first mind set and a 'Get it done' attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
