Manager-Technical Vendor Management

Presbyterian Healthcare is hiring a Manager-Technical Vendor Management. The IT Technical Vendor Management Manager is responsible for effective, productive relationships across all levels of the organization and with key providers. The Manager will coordinate service delivery, manage service level objectives, and vendor financial performance to budget.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Adaptable and open to change, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL and ServiceNow a plus
