ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Master Scheduler to join our team in McLean, VA. In this role, you would be responsible for overseeing and leading the creation and planning of project schedules, events, and plans across the customer origination.

Requirements

• Leading a team of project schedulers providing coverage from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Support Program with Integrated Master Schedules that are developed and maintained for multiple projects to summary a program portfolio.
• Create a project baseline for each project and monitor project progress against that baseline.
• Identify and resolve resource and schedule conflicts and constraints among multiple projects.
• Provide impact analysis of schedule changes; identify schedule variances and opportunities and proactively develop mitigation strategies for the Project Management team.
• Assist business development with new project schedules, resource estimation, and availability planning.
• Performing HR duties as assigned, including but limited to: interviewing, hiring, career enablement, performance counseling, compensation planning, and requisition creation.
