The Middleware Applications Support Lead is responsible for installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of applications hosted on various middleware platforms. The role requires troubleshooting and resolving issues related to middleware technologies, as well as monitoring application and infrastructure alerts.
Requirements
- Installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of applications hosted on various middleware platforms
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to middleware technologies
- Monitoring application and infrastructure alerts
- Basic knowledge of ITL Process
- In-depth knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change processes within ServiceNow
- Ability to Create Root Cause Analysis of any P1 or P2 incident
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Willingness to take ownership and accountability for issues and work for permanent resolutions
- Ability to guide and train and document processes that are repeatable by the team
- Provide Senior Level guidance to ensure service levels are met
- Ability to identify gaps in knowledge and create a process to fill those gaps
