The role involves troubleshooting, resolving user issues, and documenting solutions. Responsibilities include monitoring ServiceNow tickets, providing updates to users, and developing SOPs. Requirements

  • Investigate and resolve user issues such as registration, course enrollment, and configuration errors.

Requirements Summary
