Moveworks Solution Architect - Hybrid (Houston or Dallas, TX)

As a Moveworks Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using the Moveworks platform. This role blends technical expertise, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and platform governance.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in solution architecture, automation, or AI-based platforms
• Hands-on experience working with Moveworks in a technical and strategic capacity
• Proven experience integrating enterprise applications with conversational AI or digital assistants
• Strong understanding of enterprise ITSM, HRIS, identity management, and related systems
• Deep knowledge of modern data architectures and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data quality tools, and metadata management systems
• Understanding of AI/ML data requirements, including data preparation, feature engineering, and model deployment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive-facing presentation ability
• Ability to break down complex technical topics for non-technical audiences
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Project coordination across cross-functional teams
• Understanding of conversational UX/UI and prompt-based interaction models
