The role involves resolving complex incidents, championing ITSM, and collaborating with international stakeholders. They prioritize a highly skilled and collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in IT, with 5+ years in Azure support
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services (VMs, Networking, Storage, PaaS, Monitor/Log Analytics)
  • Understanding of ITSM principles and tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • SRE principles experience (SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction)
