Visa is seeking a Regional Onboarding Experience Lead to own the delivery of onboarding in their region, ensuring new hires receive a warm welcome and enjoy a seamless transition into Visa. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues across multiple teams.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms like Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow (preferred)
