Hyperscaler Program Director

ServiceNow is seeking a Hyperscaler Program Director to lead strategic initiatives for hyperscaler partnerships like AWS, Azure, and GCP, overseeing program execution and enabling commercial success. The role involves managing projects, stakeholder relationships, process improvements, and proactively addressing risks. Requirements

• 10+ years in GTM operations, strategic program management, or business transformation in enterprise SaaS
• Proven experience leading hyperscaler or cloud transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of regulated markets, data center strategy, and partner ecosystems
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
