We are seeking a talented and mission-focused Tier III Network Administrator who will provide advanced technical support within a 24/7/365 Technical Operations Center (TOC), specializing in complex network, datacenter, cloud, and enterprise application incidents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT operations experience in a large enterprise, cloud, or federal environment.
- Active DHS or USCIS suitability clearance is preferred.
- Proven experience troubleshooting advanced network issues and performing full-path analysis across WAN/LAN and AWS cloud environments.
- Service Management experience, with familiarity in ITIL and/or CMMI frameworks.
- Expertise in enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, Riverbed, New Relic, SCOM, Splunk).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and associated monitoring/troubleshooting practices.
- Experience with database and application monitoring (Oracle, SCCM, New Relic).
- Skilled in capacity and performance monitoring for enterprise and cloud systems.
- Strong trouble ticket management skills (ServiceNow preferred).
- Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic demands of a 24/7 operations environment.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.
