Tier One Technologies is seeking a Network Engineer with LAN/Wi-Fi experience to support their US Government client. This hybrid contract-to-hire position will be based in Eagan, MN, and involves troubleshooting, resolving connectivity issues, and collaborating with Tier 2 support teams.
Requirements
- Configure and support wireless systems
- Troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions
- Provide Tier 2 support for LAN-related incidents
- Collaborate with Tier 3 LAN Engineers for complex issue resolution
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree & 3+ years of IT experience. LAN/Wi-Fi experience is key. Need familiarity with Cisco/Meraki/Aruba/Juniper/Fortinet
