NTT DATA is seeking a Network Engineering Specialist Advisor to join their team in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, IN. The role involves designing, deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and documenting network infrastructure components, with a focus on Cisco routing and switching, and securing a strong understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, and a strong understanding of ITIL & Change Management processes.
Requirements
- Experience with Cisco Routing & Switching & Wireless
- Expertise in routing, switching, wireless, LAN, and WAN
- Understanding of L2/L3 networking (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, NEXUS, SD-WAN)
- Strong knowledge of networking products from Cisco
- Knowledge of Wireless and Nexus protocols
- Experience with vendor systems (Viptela SDWAN)
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with ServiceNow
Requirements Summary
