We are seeking a dynamic Network Services Manager to join our team and help us achieve our goals. As the Network Services Manager, you will lead a team of Network Analysts, represent the Network Team at Change Approval Boards, and oversee the service performance of global network managed services.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of network solutions & technologies, such as WAN/LAN, Firewalls & Network hardware, specifically Cisco & Palo Alto technologies
  • Proficiency in network performance monitoring and management tools, such as ServiceNow & Meraki & SolarWinds
  • Strong resource management skills, experience in managing and developing IT teams, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and third parties
