Network Smart Hands Supervisor

NTT DATA is seeking a Network Smart Hands Supervisor to oversee field service teams supporting data center and remote IT infrastructure services in a hospital environment in Yonkers, New York. This role requires leadership, training, and performance management. Candidates must be fully COVID-19 and flu vaccinated, and local to Yonkers, NY. The position involves onsite work and managing on-site resources.

Requirements

• Supervise field technicians delivering Smart Hands support.
• Oversee training and on-boarding of field technicians.
• Manage on-site resources and work assignments.
• Monitor work order accuracy and SLA compliance.
• Manage shift schedules and emergency response planning.
• Generate and distribute reports.
• Serve as backup for the Infrastructure & IDF Supervisor.
• Participate in audits and reporting.
• Provide operational insights to leadership.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
