- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with 2+ years of experience.
- IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+, CCNA, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.)
- Experience supporting audiovisual systems (projectors, video conferencing, display setups).
- Experience with network management software (Microsoft Office, ServiceNow).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
