ServiceNow is seeking a New Business Account Executive to secure net new logos across Government, Education, and Healthcare in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have proven success in new logo enterprise sales and experience selling platform-based solutions across IT Service Management, Customer Service, HR, Security, or Operations.

Requirements

  • Proven success in new logo enterprise sales within SaaS, IT services or management consulting, preferably in the public sector.
  • Experience selling platform-based solutions across IT Service Management, Customer Service, HR, Security or Operations.
  • Strong ability to engage at macro-level business and government challenges, linking technology to societal outcomes.
  • Experience with or strong curiosity about AI-driven transformation, including automation, analytics and responsible AI use.
  • Excellent territory planning, pipeline management and forecast discipline.
  • Resilience, creativity and perseverance to open new doors in complex environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills to lead virtual teams and build trust with customers and partners.
