Softtek is seeking a NOC Monitoring Agent to monitor Windows and Linux OS environments, SAP systems, and job scheduling tools. The ideal candidate will have experience with monitoring tools, basic scripting skills, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
Requirements
- Monitoring of Windows and Linux OS environments
- Basic SAP system monitoring and alert interpretation
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket documentation
- Understanding of job scheduling tools (e.g., Redwood, Control-M, cron)
- Basic troubleshooting using predefined run books
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- High sense of urgency and proactiveness
- Strong teamwork and collaboration
- Good English communication skills
- Customer care orientation
- Attention to detail and responsibility in task execution
