Verinext, a tech company recognized as a 'Best Place to Work' by the Philadelphia Business Journal, is seeking a NOC Technician to monitor, triage, and resolve incidents for data protection services and infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting, escalating issues, and ensuring timely responses. A strong focus on customer communication and adherence to established protocols is essential.

Requirements

  • Monitor and triage incoming tickets, alerts, and calls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with backup and recovery platforms and general system support.
  • Escalate unresolved or critical issues to on-call engineers.
  • Perform routine health checks and monitoring for customer environments.
  • Document all work performed, including resolutions and escalations.
  • Collaborate with Service Desk and Engineering teams.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements.
  • Experience with backups, recovery platforms (Commvault, Cohesity, Zerto), and systems administration (Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory).
