NOC Technician I

Sev1Tech is seeking an experienced NOC Technician I to support the Network Operations Center for the administration and management of the United States Space Force (USSF) meshONE-T network. The role involves performing continuous monitoring of systems, responding to system alarm signals, and resolving network incidents.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in a NOC (Network Operations Center)
• Operate the meshONE-T system through the Government-approved Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) / Network Operations Center (NOC)
• Maintain an ESD and service lifecycle management systems on a 24/7/365 basis
• Track, report, and resolve any equipment or system outages for all locations where meshONE-T is deployed
• Eligible for US TS/SCI clearance
• Experience with ServiceNow, nGenius, NetBrain, Elastic, SolarWinds, or other monitoring tools
