CallTek will triage new cases, resolve device connectivity issues, and monitor client platforms using ServiceNow. The role involves documentation, task generation, and escalation of cases to the client's agent for further resolution. CallTek is responsible for clear communication with clients regarding ongoing issues.
Requirements
- 2 years+ of experience supporting enterprise wired or wireless networks
- 2 years+ of college with a Computer Networking, Computer Science, or Information Technology focus/major
- Cisco CCNA, Net +, NSE 3+ Fortinet, or Fortinet Certified Fundamentals certification
- ITIL 4 certification (or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Self-motivation and self-starter skills
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to adapt to change and prioritize
