NowNext CRM Execution Team Leader

ServiceNow is seeking a visionary and highly political Lead for their NowNext CRM Execution Team. This high-profile role, sponsored by Bill McDermott and Steve Zirkel, focuses on transforming legacy CRM systems (Salesforce, Pega) into ServiceNow's AI Platform. The team will build, lead, and manage a dedicated team of 14 experts to deliver measurable CRM project outcomes like 50%+ CRM run-cost savings. The Executions team leader will be responsible for delivering projects in a fast-tracked, agile manner, ensuring seamless transition from sales and building repeatable delivery processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling high-performing teams (ideally scaling previous successes)
• Proven track record in program management and delivery leadership within enterprise software implementations (CRM/ERP preferred)
• Significant experience in recruitment and hiring, including sourcing specialized talent
• Strong understanding of CRM transformations (Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, or similar platforms)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with AI/automation programs and applying AI to CRM or service workflows (desirable)
