As a Business Process Manager - Monitoring, Event Management, and Observability Enablement, you will develop and implement processes around the observability platform to provide automatic monitoring, dashboarding, and alerting for Digital Products. You will also design and implement the Monitoring & Event Management process and establish guidelines for related KPIs.
Requirements
- HBO/WO level of education
- At least 3 years of related work experience in the monitoring area
- Knowledge of and experience with tools such as ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM and Splunk
