As an Observability Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing processes around the observability platform to enable automatic monitoring, dashboarding, and alerting for Digital Products. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the Monitoring & Event Management process and establishing guidelines for related KPIs.
Requirements
- HBO/WO level of education
- At least 3 years of related work experience in the monitoring area
- Knowledge of and experience with tools such as ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM and Splunk
