This role focuses on resolving technical issues, providing user assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires working onsite and maintaining security and integrity of district owned resources, providing technical expertise with Microsoft products.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience with IT support in an enterprise environment
- 6-10 years of experience installing and configuring system hardware/software
- Expertise in supporting desktop operating systems (Windows 10, Mac OSX, 10.10.X)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
- 6-10 years of experience using an endpoint management tool
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Proficient time management skills
- Detail oriented organizational skills
- Microsoft Certifications: MCP (desired)
- Experience managing service requests in ServiceNow (required)
- Expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues (required)
