Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements. Implement and customize HRSD module functionalities, including Employee Center and Case Management. Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow best practices.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
- Expertise in Service Portal development, including widget customization and UI/UX enhancements
- Experience with HRSD module (preferred), including Case Management and Employee Center
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs)
- Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
