We are looking for a HR Analyst to join our Shared Services Centre. The role involves managing the offboarding process, tracking employee absences, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for exiting employees. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of experience in HR data management, and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university or relevant professional qualifications.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR data management or a related role, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of HR Systems such as Success Factor, ServiceNow, and HRIS is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
