Hitachi Energy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic On-Site IT Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting incident resolution, providing desk-side support to IT users, and acting as a representative of the IT organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, MIS, Electric & Electronics Engineering or related departments.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in IT support
- Experience in ServiceNow
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Turkish is must.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mind-set and could work independently and self-driven.
