We are looking for an IT End User Support Technician to strengthen our onsite support teams across North America and Canada. This role involves supporting end user devices, resolving hardware and software problems, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.
Requirements
- Good understanding of PC and printer hardware
- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with standard office applications (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Exposure to ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
- Technical college diploma or equivalent in computer science or related field
- A+ Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- OEM certifications (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark, IBM) are an advantage and may be required depending on assignment
