Requirements

• Fluency in German and English
• Two or more years of relevant experience
• Experience in handling ServiceNow tickets, software deployment, and Microsoft Windows and Apple operating system
• Strong personal commitment to quality service and good interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work onsite at our client's locations
