We are looking for an Operational Incident Manager who can bring insight, structure, and improvement to the handling of incidents. The successful candidate will minimize the impact on our processes and help us learn from what happens.
Requirements
- HBO or WO work and thinking level in Data Science, Business IT, Data Analytics, or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of experience in data or business analysis, preferably in the mortgage sector
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with Power BI
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience with systems such as Jira, TOPdesk, or ServiceNow
- Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management
- Willingness to work outside regular working hours if necessary
- Stress resistance and ability to act effectively in crisis situations
- Good command of the English language in writing and speaking
