Brightspeed has an exciting opportunity for an Operational Readiness Lead specializing in providing business stakeholders with an assurance that platform and process functionality integration are in a state to deliver on commitments and achieve their goals to join our rapidly growing team! As an individual contributor you will be responsible for Operational Readiness planning and execution, Operational Readiness Testing, business requirements verification, Go/No Go management, and deployment support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 5+ years of Telecommunication Network experience
- Passionate about leading people, driving change, and focused on innovating systems and support through collaboration
- Strong Project Management skills and experience
- Experience and knowledge in the Telecommunications network(s) Voice, Transport, Metro, Access, In-Home
- Experience with lab and test plan execution
- Innovative, strategic thinker and decision maker
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills in driving transformation and change
