Step into the heart of a 24x7 mission-critical IT Operations environment as an IT Operations Support Technician. You'll be the first to respond when the enterprise needs you most, maintaining full visibility into the environment and applying operational intelligence to connect technical events to mission impact.
Requirements
- ACTIVE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED
- 3+ years in IT operations, NOC support, systems administration, or related technical roles
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration, plus a solid grasp of networking, storage, and virtualization concepts
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, Nagios, BMC, etc.)
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, including ticket lifecycle management
- Understanding of ITIL incident, event, and change management fundamentals
- Ability to work on a shift schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed)
- Strong documentation habits and commitment to clean ticket hygiene and smooth shift turnover
- Clear, calm, concise communication—even under pressure
- Team-oriented, coachable, service-minded mindset
- DoD 8140 IAT Level II (or ability to obtain)
- Top Secret/SCI clearance (active)
