CACI is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst, Senior, to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize operations activities, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of execution and operations across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).
Requirements
- Must hold an active secret level clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT Operations or similar technical operations roles
- Extensive experience providing mission planning, evaluation, and readiness support for military operations
- Experience with Joint Task Force C2 requirements
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
