Operations Analyst, Senior position supporting U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida, overseeing and optimizing operations activities, analyzing data, and ensuring smooth implementation of execution and operations.
Requirements
- Active secret level clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT Operations or similar technical operations roles
- Extensive experience providing mission planning, evaluation, and readiness support for military operations
- Experience with Joint Task Force C2 requirements
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
