Requirements
- Manage escalated tickets from OCCE1 for advanced troubleshooting.
- Monitor system health, performance, and uptime.
- Identify recurring incidents and initiate root cause analysis.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices.
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
