Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies is seeking an Operations Command Center Engineer 2 (OCCE2) to manage escalated incidents, perform troubleshooting, and ensure network uptime. This role involves proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, configuration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The OCCE2 will contribute to operational efficiency and automation, and ensure SLAs are met.

Requirements

  • Manage escalated tickets from OCCE1 for advanced troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and uptime.
  • Identify recurring incidents and initiate root cause analysis.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices.
  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
