Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to support web-based applications, provide production support, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Incident Support, Production Support, and Release Management, as well as knowledge of cloud technologies and monitoring tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering or related field
  • 8 years of related experience
  • Manage and troubleshoot applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and containerized systems using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Support and configure application servers (e.g., Apache Tomcat, IIS) for Java and.NET applications
  • Proficient in using monitoring and log analysis tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ThousandEyes)
  • Lead and support Major Incident Management (MIM) processes
  • Manage relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) for performance analysis and debugging
  • Knowledge in Using version control systems (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
  • Proficient in tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy) for incident tracking and service management
