Experience with CPQ rule engines, CRM, ERP integrations, and ITSM tools is required. Strong understanding of product configuration, pricing, and constraints is necessary.
Requirements
- Experience with CPQ rule engines and constraint solvers
- Strong functional understanding of product configuration, pricing, discounting, constraints, and BOM management
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP integrations
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML
- Proficient with ticketing and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Basic scripting / query skills: SQL, Python, or JavaScript
- Monitor CPQ performance and usage
- Troubleshoot CPQ integrations with CRM (Salesforce), Oracle ERP, PLM, pricing engines, and middleware
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve CPQ incidents and service requests
- Escalate complex issues to development or vendor support
