Birlasoft is seeking an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant to support Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules in India. The role involves end-to-end functional support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and collaboration with business users to gather requirements and participate in Oracle Web Conferences. Requirements
- Provide end-to-end functional support for Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, FA, and India Localization - including GST & TDS).
- Manage day-to-day incident resolution and service requests using ServiceNow.
- Reproduce and analyze issues in test environments.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for SRs, data fix requests, and participating in Oracle Web Conferences (OWC).
Requirements Summary
BE/B Tech degree & experience in Finance module support. ServiceNow experience and ability to reproduce & analyze issues in test environments preferred. Must collaborate with Oracle Support & participate in Oracle Web Conferences
