This role involves coordinating project tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, human-centric healthcare technology experience. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of technical project management experience
- 3+ years managing vendor relationships and support/maintenance operations
- Strong understanding of support operations frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Proven experience with contract management, service level enforcement, and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, or CMMS platforms
