Oracle Health Senior Federal Technical Project Manager – 3rd Party Vendor Management

Oracle Health is seeking a Senior Federal Technical Project Manager to support the implementation and optimization of their Oracle Health EHR solutions for Federal agencies. This role involves coordinating project tasks, assisting with stakeholder communications, and ensuring the stability, reliability, and lifecycle support of mission-critical systems. The project manager will focus on vendor management, service level agreements, and escalation of issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of technical project management experience, including 3+ years managing vendor relationships and support/maintenance operations.
• Strong understanding of support operations frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and vendor service management best practices.
• Proven experience with contract management, service level enforcement, and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, or CMMS platforms.
• Clearance eligibility (e.g., Public Trust, Secret).
• Must reside in or around the Arlington, VA area
