Order Operations Analyst, Support and Backlog Management

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an Order Operations Analyst to ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer purchase orders within their Order Operations department. This role involves handling high volumes of orders, collaborating with internal teams, and managing order fulfillment processes. The position requires attention to detail, independent work abilities, and a desire to learn and adapt. You will work in an office setting with flexibility offered where needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Order Fulfillment
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, ServiceNow, Tableau, and pivot tables
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Exceptional communication skills
